By accessing or using the Wealth Atlas website, platform, mobile application, or any services offered by Wealth Atlas LLC ("Wealth Atlas", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Wealth Atlas provides investment research, market intelligence, portfolio monitoring tools, guided investing community membership, family office advisory, and institutional OCIO services. The specific services available to you depend on your membership or engagement type.

Our retail investor community provides research, educational content, and monthly investment signals. These signals represent the views of our research team and should not be construed as personalised financial advice.

The content published by Wealth Atlas — including market commentary, research notes, investment signals, portfolio strategies, and educational material — does not constitute personalised investment advice, and does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Wealth Atlas LLC is in the process of applying for relevant licences from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kenya. All content on the Wealth Atlas platform — including research reports, investment signals, data visualisations, software, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Wealth Atlas LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Atlas LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content. This includes losses arising from investment decisions made in response to our research or signals.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
